1. General Policy

At Cowsan Cattle Feed Private Limited, we strive to ensure the highest quality of our products. Due to the nature of animal nutrition products, all sales are final once dispatched from our facilities.

2. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact our support team at hr@cowsan.in within 48 hours of receipt. We will require photographic evidence and batch details to process any replacement requests.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where we are unable to fulfill an order or provide a replacement for a verified defective product. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

4. Cancellations

Order cancellations are only permitted before the order has been dispatched. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
